if you are using this for gallstones it is not reccomended you go above 10g of fat per day and no more than 3g per sitting.
an average daily amount of fat for healthy people is between 70g and 90g remember dont go above 10g
i do not look at calories at all only fat and have lost 6 and a half stone there must be something in this to take note of
my other problem is i cannot take anything with onion or garlic in it not because of the gallbladder but my own tummy, they actually reccomend this for people with gallstones as it is good for you,
there are loads of other foods low in fat but contain these so i have not listed them as this is personal to me but i have put a * next to the things with onion or garlic so you know
eat loads of fruit if you feel hungry and low fat yougarts, be carefull as some of the shops low fat yougarts are quite high in fat fo us but i have listed the best
I will start adding meals that i eat so as to give you some variety but remember be creative
go organic when possible better for liver but not essential if on budget
avoid proccessed food if poss as better for liver
i would recommend that you take a miltivitamin a day as when you are on such a low fat diet you need extra vitamin a c d e and k i take haliborange soft and chewy i a day a c d and e an
d get vit k from green leafy veg such as spinich
I also take a preparation from jan de vries healthcare called iberogast which is 15 drops in quarter glass of water 3 times a day, i am convinced that combined with the fat free diet this has helped me lose weight. It didnt matter what i did before i couldnt lose weight, this is meant to help your gut work smoothly and in so helping you process what comes through better, it certainly worked for me, i have now lost 6 and a half stone the majority if the weight in the first 4 months

hot lemon and lime from morrisons is brill you have no fluid retention after this as it flushes your bladder
oceon spray diluting in boiling water is also brill
