chips(found one kind oven chip ok mccain rustic oven chips 1.9g fat per 100g enough for double sandwich as they are big and thick) ok for treat
roast potatoes
red meat
nothing from pork family at all bacon gammon etc
weight watchers meals are surprisingly high in fat so be very carefull
